The phone arrived nicely and I received an email with tracking information, so all was good. However, I was surprised that the quality of the phone was not as good as I used to remember it to be. It’s really difficult to open the back cover and I used a tool every time I opened it. In the process, I managed to scratch it on day one. Bummer. Now, when I managed to open it, I realised the phone didn’t recognise my sim (I am in Canada and use the TELUS network). However, it works for other SIM cards. Not sure why. Also, it doesn’t have a good network receiver. It takes ages to be connected with the provider. Now I can’t return it as I managed to scratch it while I was trying to put my sim on.
I am a bit disappointed.
Hi Khadimul,
Thanks for your order and feedback, we're glad the phone arrived safely and that tracking was provided.
That said, we feel a 1-star review is a bit unfair. The phone arrived in perfect condition and the scratch occurred after delivery.
Regarding the SIM issue, the Razr V3i only supports 2G, which has been shut down by most Canadian networks, including TELUS. This isn’t a fault with the phone’s “network receiver” but simply a compatibility issue. We clearly state in the product description that buyers should check network compatibility before purchasing.
We appreciate your feedback,

Great service and products!
I was kinda nervous buying from a website I never heard of before but omg everything was so amazing!! The prize is really good compared to other websites and the shipping went smooth! It was also packaged very carefully. The phone looks like it‘s brand new, I am so so happy and grateful, thank you, this won‘t be my last purchase!!
recently got two of these phones for me and my partner. I have been using a Nokia 8110 4g for the last couple of years and wanted to change things up. the phones arrived very quickly considering they came from China (7 days). Despite the phones being 20 years old they came in great condition. However as I live in the UK I needed to buy a plug adapter for the chargers but it wasn't anything £5 and a walk to the local phone shop couldn't fix. Viva la dumb phone revolution
Im looking to buy an old phone for everyday use, does it still work? can i call and text? and does it come with a sim card
