they took off my review, so im posting it again. my phone was stolen, and despite reporting it to Y2K Phones i have yet to have a solution for my problem. they won't give me a refund and have not gotten back to me despite telling me that they would help dispute my order. i wanted to be able to purchase a phone from this company as i thought they were trustworthy, but i would not recommend buying ANYTHING from these guys.

For transparency: the courier’s tracking shows your parcel was delivered to your property and they uploaded a photo of the parcel inside and infront of your door. You’ve told us it was stolen after that delivery scan. As we explained privately, cases like this have to go through a courier investigation. We’re a small team, so we don’t have the same instant pull as the biggest retailers, but we are actively working with our shipping partners to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
You’ve also opened a PayPal dispute, which is absolutely your right. That process is now in motion and PayPal will issue a decision; we’ll fully honor whatever they decide. In parallel, we’ll keep pushing the courier for answers.
We take delivery issues and theft claims very seriously and never want anyone to feel unheard. Thank you for your patience while we work through the formal process to a fair outcome.
i bought this phone to reduce my screentime and give me more time for gaming with friends, seeing my family a bit more, but still to be able to use my daily apls since some friends i only have 1 social media for. the phone came in less than 2 weeks, so i was very impressed, im in scotland and yes you can get 4g, but no 5g data networks (O2). shes a very good conversation starter as well, especially mid type. thank you y2kphones for such a perfect phone!! i will definitely buy more someday 🫶

The phone is in great quality and satisfied. I like the phone so much but unfortunately I can’t use it in Australia if even I have already checked about the service in Aus. Anyway, thanks for the extra adapter. 🙏🏻👍🏻
