Customer service is beyond excellent! I told Y2K Phones that the shipping was not express (17-18 days most of which was a delay within China) so the company removed the word “Express” from the website! The phone was the model I ordered, yet it had few original elements. The motherboard must have been original since the IMEI checked out, but in most other respects it wasn’t really a Nokia phone anymore. That’s not necessarily dishonest of course, as the site says clearly it ships refurbished phones. Nevertheless buyer be aware that “refurbished" is a broad poorly defined term in English. The phone worked at first, and I enjoyed it. Loved being free of the iPhone when I wanted to be. Within a few days I realized the key lock didn’t work properly - the phone initiated two emergency calls on its own. Then the battery began to abruptly die while the display showed around 80%. So the phone's in a drawer. But I was refunded half of my purchase price. An interesting experiment.

As one who is looking to 'disconnect' to the outside and 'reconnect' with the inside, this phone is the best that I've tried so far.

I was tired of being on my iPhone constantly, and deleting the apps that took up so much of my time didn't quite work, as I would just find myself re-downloading them. So I picked up the Nokia 105 4G from Y2KPHONES, after my old Alcatel Go Flip wouldn't turn on. Best $40 ish bucks I've ever spent. It's small, has a flashlight, a camera, and all other basic things you need in a phone! Talk, text, calculator, FM radio?! And not to mention sweet free games!
